Learn-Lead-Work (LLW)

These are a series of grassroots activities aimed at providing quality education, leadership skills and career readiness to emerging leaders from low income communities. These include:

1. Virtual leadership and career school: An eLearning platform offering entrepreneurial leadership courses, mentorship and academic support to youths in schools and community centres.

2. Placement on school fees exemption: Provide school placement, mentorship and coaching to outstandingly talented youths from poor families

3. Entrepreneurial leadership clubs: Support youths in schools and communities with toolkits to develop an entrepreneurial culture. Youths will convene monthly to learn best practices from national industry leaders and university systems, and will examine current levels of performance at their schools. These experiences culminate with having designed and executed a new vision for the most youths to start new ventures and career paths. It also includes an annual entrepreneurial leadership camp.

Mobile technology repair course: A two months' accredited training providing unemployed youths with mobile phone repairs skills, delivered online through the virtual school and practical workshops
